PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE.

All users of this site agree that access to and uses of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

By accepting these terms and conditions, you represent and warrant that you are of the age of majority in your jurisdiction. If you are not of the age of majority, you may use this Site only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you are a parent or legal guardian agreeing to these Terms and Conditions for the benefit of an individual under the age of majority, be advised that you are fully responsible for his or her use of this Site, including all financial charges and legal liability that he or she may incur.

1. Donation / Order:  When you place an order with All About Autistic Abilities, Inc. and / or make a donation to All About Autistic Abilities, Inc., you are making an offer to purchase our merchandise or an agreement to make a donation to support our good cause.  We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order or your donation. For merchandise purchase, once we have checked the availability of the items, we will e-mail you again to confirm that we accept your order and that a contract has been made between us. We will not take payment from you until we have accepted your order. In the unlikely event that the items are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this.
2. Payment Terms: We accept American Express, Visa, Master Card and Discover payments for any amounts. You authorize All About Autistic Abilities, Inc.to charge the applicable card for the Order Total and you represent that you are the cardholder of the applicable card. If your card is rejected by the card issuer, your order will not be shipped and All About Autistic Abilities, Inc. will have no obligation to fulfill your order. All Orders will be processed only upon receipt of the confirmation of payment. If no confirmation of payment has been received within the next 48 hours, orders will be cancelled. All billing and shipping address information provided by you must be truthful and accurate. Providing any untruthful or inaccurate information constitutes a breach of these terms and conditions.
3. Price: By confirming your purchase / donation at the end of the check-out process, you agree to pay / make a donation to All About Autistic Abilities, Inc. the amount set out as the Order Total in the Confirm Order and Shipping Address section (for purchases) of the checkout process. The Order Total is quoted in US dollars and includes shipping and handling fees, any applicable environmental or other additional fees, and an estimate of all applicable taxes. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price due to an error in pricing, All About Autistic Abilities, Inc. will have the right to reject or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is mispriced, All About Autistic Abilities, Inc. may either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, All About Autistic Abilities, Inc. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
4. Delivery: For buyers within the United States, shipping charges and options vary according to the item being purchased. Please enter in your address at checkout to see the approximate shipping charges. All About Autistic Abilities, Inc. is not responsible for any loss of the item(s) following shipment from All About Autistic Abilities, Inc. to your delivery address.
5. Self-Collect: Customers who self-collect items purchased online, are not entitled to change the said item for anything else during the collection.
6. Cancellation and Returns: This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if the item sold is faulty. Once payment has been made and accepted, no cancellation of order is accepted. All purchases / donations made online on the All About Autistic Abilities, Inc. website will be deemed final, with the Buyer / donor considered to have read the TERMS AND CONDITIONS and agreeing fully with it by way of putting a tick mark on the "I have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions" part of the Payment Information page. We do not have a return / refund policy for merchandise sold.
7. Faulty Merchandise: If an item is defective and you wish to have a replacement item sent to you or to claim a full refund, please contact us within 10 days of purchase.
8. Delays: All About Autistic Abilities, Inc. shall not be liable for any indemnity as a result of any delay in performance or non-performance due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, an act of God, act of the Buyer, delays caused by All About Autistic Abilities, Inc.’s suppliers or subcontractors, embargo or other governmental act, regulation or request, fire, accident, strike, slowdown, war, riot, delay in transportation.
9. Changes to these Terms and Conditions: The Terms and Conditions applicable to your order / donation are the Terms in effect on the date that you place your order / donation, as made available to you when you complete the check-out process. All About Autistic Abilities, Inc.may modify its Terms and Conditions from time to time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders. Any such modification will apply to any order placed / donation made after the effective date of the modification. Therefore, each time you place an order with / made a donation to All About Autistic Abilities, Inc. you represent that you have accessed, read and accepted the Terms and Conditions applicable to and governing that order / donation.
